This 10 inch miter saw is made in China, and reviews are mixed, but probably not bad for the price for someone on a budget.

It must have changed, I saw the $157 too, now back down. If only that Unisaw would change back.

If I were looking for a good cheap miter saw, I woud grab the $50 Denali one from amazon myself.

I tried to get the Hitachi saw today and it would not let me get it for $69. I have a call into Amazon but that I doubt that will do any good.

That's b/c Amazon sold out. Now being offered from 3rd party vendor who doesn't have the same sale price. The $69 is out of stock.
