I got the e-mail too. The drill press that everyone seems to like is listed at $39.88, was $69.99. The coupon states that it cannot be used with any other discount. I wonder......

If they price match their web site, the coupon brings their 2hp DC down to $152. Hopefully the website price lasts till the weekend.

            Ed,

I remembered some discussion about this press from a while back when I was in the market for a benchtop model. I think the one your considering is the 1/3hp model without the crank. Please see these two threads before you make a purchase you might regret (a reviewer indicated the motor is quite week and to have to adjust the table manually, without a crank, just plain blows).

Now if we're not talking about the model I think we are, then disregard the above.

American Woodworker had the HFDC listed for $149 and is good till Jan 07. They should price match. See attached.

                  Thanks,

I would say you can print the coupon from original message. I got the same Email, it looks the same.

Go to www.harborfeight.com/go/amwood Then on the left click on "Order from Printed Catalog". Type in 45378-3EEA and add it to your cart...you will see the $149 price. Now print this out and take it in to the store and they will match it. Use your 15% off coupon and you've got a pretty good deal.
