I spent the weekend in the Smokeys(W. N. Carolina) and I stopped by Workshop tools in Pigeon Forge Tenn. They always have something good on sale. I saw a 3HP Unisaw for $799 + tx. It did not come with a fence or rails but did include a blade. If you are willing to wait for a deal on a fence or already have one, this could work out pretty well.
