Variable speed and flex attachment? Most I have seem in the retail stores like Walmart are single speed.

Sorry it took so long to reply, but I have not been able to log on to this web site for a few days. Don't know why Anyways, today was the estimated shipping date. The kits are the 3956-02 model.

Thanks. During the time the server was down, Amazon sent email advising they had shipped via UPS. Amazon seems to be WAY over estimating delivery.
