There is a "20% off" all yellow ticket items sale at HD this week - the Shakopee, MN Home Depot has the BT3100 yellow stickered for $249, putting it at around $200 plus tax.

I think here they say the yellow tag IS at least 20% off, so no additional. They have it priced at $239.20.
