    Habor Freight Clearance DEALS!!

Guys this may only be at the Norristown PA store but check you local store.
I got a Gift Card from HF yesterday for signing up and using their credit card.
It was $100 card so I took a ride to there this morning.
First it was nice to shop without the weekend crowds :-)
I found some great clearance deals.
    1) Picked up two rechargeable 500K candle power flash lights for $2 each normally $15

    2) Also got a 100' 4 outlet power station for $10 was $30

    3) The best deal was a 14"X40" Lathe for $30 yes $30 NIB It was the $139 unit

Also got 4 heavy duty 18" clamp-spreaders for $2 each

These were all tagged with yellow clearance tags and there were other items as well. They were on the regular shelves not in the clearance section.

Used a 20% coupon so the lathe ended up costing $24 :-)

With other items I spent $102 so walked out only spending $2.04
    Nice trip :-)

A $24 lathe deserves a "YOU SUCK!", but I don't know if they do that around here so I'll refrain.

      Excellent deals!

If you have a digital camera, you can take a photo and post that.

Hmmm... wonder where I'll be tomorrow? I've got a meeting that'll be taking me past the NE Philly store. If they don't have it... I'll hit Norristown on my way home. Thanks for the heads up!

edit: was there another one in Norristown?

Scott, they told me that they had a "few" more.
I was tempted to pick up another to sell on Ebay
                  Good Luck

                    It's the only $139 one I found.

Thats it, just an older model.
I put it together last night and tried my hand at turning.
                      Needs Improvment

If it's got the same spindle as the 45276 which I had, it is I believe a 3/4" by 16 tpi. You will need an adaptor to use 1 by 8tpi or 3/4 by 10 tpi common chucks, etc. It's not a terrible lathe, the steel tube bed will flex if you tighten the headstock too tight. Still, you stole it.

I just got the last one at the Norristown store, I called a buddy who lives near the store, he went there and they only had 2 dsiplay models left, so we got them.
