HF Alum. bar clamps on sale (60" too Pappy)

The recent HF flyer (#1151) has the aluminum bar clamps at 50% off. This includes their whole stable (24", 36", 48", and 60").

I've had mostly good luck, but a couple of duds where the dents are not deep enough.

I've found those clamps very useful, partly because they are lightweight and so quick to manipulate during a glueup. Carefully wiping off the oil from the threads and replacing it with wax makes them function more smoothly for me.

Went by today. No luck on the 60 inchers. Did get a raincheck so I can check the bigger store in SA next time I'm down there.

The store by me rarely has the longer clamps - I managed once to find the 36" blue aluminum ones (had to ask - were in the stock room) and got a pair, but, I have to say, they are pretty flimsy. I am pretty sure I can tie them in a knot.

I picked up 4 of the 48" and 4 of the 60" today in Albany, NY. They have a good selection of all sizes. I already have a bunch of the 24" and 36" and are very pleased with them.
