Seems like a great deal to me. The framing nailer alone is 139 new, so its like getting the other two for free!!

Costco regularly has the 3 nailer set for $165, but the framing nailer is a round head nailer. The brad nailer is a basic unit, without depth adjustment or turnable exhaust direction. It has a maximum brad capacity of 1 1/4", but works well. The 2 1/2" 16 gauge nailer takes over where the brad nailer leaves off, and is a nice unit. I prefer the round head framing nailer because my local codes don't allow clipped head nails. The three nailers come in one case that has room for some nails and doesn't take up much shop room. I find myself using the 18 and 16 gauge guns with 2 air hoses when I do trim work, and because the 16 gauge gun has depth adjustment, I set the compressor for the 18 gauge gun and it always works well on one compressor. If this is the same sutup with the round head nailer, it's a bargain.

I just picked this kit up at Lowes for $199 NEW. The case is nice as it holds all 3 nailers.

Stuporman's comments are correct - the brad nailer does not have vent or depth adjustment. The trim does. And the framing nailer is a clipped head. They all feel sturdy - I havent had a chance to use them - I will be trimming a few windows soon tho.

It is sold under the name IronForce by Campbell Hausfeld
or something like that. Needless to say Campbell makes good tools.

The kit sold at Costco with the round head framing nailer, 18 guage brad nailer and 16 gauge finish nailer is called "Ultimate Nailing Kit," and costs $167 new. I don't know if this kit is exclusive to Costco, but I haven't seen it anywhere else.
