BT3100 Accessory kit $102.50 on eBay

Amazing someone is willing to pay above list price plus shipping.
I hear this was a free accessory a while ago.
Is this price a bargain? Are they that rare and valuable?
If you have one sitting around you could be sitting on a fortune. Get it
    listed on eBay.

As somebody who bought his BT3100 and accessory kit and numerous other items before ever finding this amazing forum, I would have been all over that price a year ago.
I'm embarrassed to say what I paid for my acc kit. It hurts now, trust me.
Anyways, the kit was an OK add-on for me, but now that I have an idea what I'm doing, I would only have bought the router kit.

That must be the kit I was bidding on the other day, I hit my limit at $65. Couldn't believe what it sold for.

But what's even funnier is the people paying $10 for just the owner's manual. Yup, the same thing you can download and print from this website in PDF form for free. Example:

BT3100 Accessory kit now $161.20 on eBay!

I wonder what the final sale price will be.

The final auction price may have been rediculous, but the cheapest shipping option to the east coast was $38!!! That would have put it at nearly twice the retail cost at HD. Amazing.

I wonder what I could get for the manual for the dust bag?

It is crazy what people will pay for stuff on ebay. On the other hand you never know. Maybe the buyer is from Canada, for example, and can't get the accessory kit any other way.

I'm just using that as an example; I have no idea if the accessory kit is available in Canada.

Actually you can order it through HD or buy direct from Ordertree in Toronto.
I paid $250 last fall before I started coming here. Exchanger rate made that around $160 US at that time.
HD wants $199 now I believe.

Quite possibly a lot more than you might think.

Are you saying you want to buy my dust bag manual?

                    -ps: that thread was hilarious.

I've got an unopened one in Saskatchewan if any fellow Canadians want to make me a decent offer on it.
