I purchased one of these 8 gallon compressors a couple of weeks ago and it works well.

It has the larger pump and a 3400 RPM motor that makes a fair amount of air for a small compressor.
With the 20% off coupon puts it at $79.99, add the 2 year replacement warranty and brings it back up to $99.98. Good for a small shop compressor.
The 5 gallon twin tank compressor is on sale until the 15th.

With the 20% off coupon and the 2 year replacement warranty gets it for under $100.00 with tax included.
It has a smaller pump and only turns 1720 RPM so it doesn't make as much volume as the 8 gallon above but is good for a small job site compressor.
I have an Emglo 2 HP twin tank that turns 3450 RPM and also pulls a lot of amps.
I used to use it on job sites years ago and it tripped breakers often.
If the homeowner wasn't at home and I didn't have access to the breaker panel I had to go rent a gas powered compressor at over $50.00 a day just to finish out the rest of the day.
Neither of the above HF compressors pull as many amps as the Emglo does even thought the pump and speed of the 8 gallon is about the same as my Emglo.
BTW, they don't come packaged with any oil so you'll have get a quart of 30W non detergent oil.
