    BT3100 box - please

Does anybody happen to still have the orginal box from their BT3100. Although I purchased mine before the current HD promo started the manager allowed me to do a paper return and repuchase so I would qualify.

The bad news is I had already thrown the box out so dont have the orginal UPC. If anybody has a box can you see if there may be more than one UPC on it, if so would you be willing to send it to me?

I don't have a UPC for you, sorry. But I am interested in learning if HD will allow you the rebate without it. I have a similar situation with a Ryobi One+ Combo kit.

I'd also be interested to know whether this plea is successful as maybe I'll try the same.

I'll look today and see if I have more than one UPC. HD here said that the promo might come to Canada and to hold onto the UPC and they would do the same thing you described.

a little off topic but I threw a monitor box out a while back and that cost me a $50 rebate. The rebate was going on when I bought it but didnt even think of it when I chucked the box.

Been there, done that. That's one of the reasons I think I still have the box. But since it's been about 5 months, I guess it's safe to get rid of it!

Sorry, just one UPC on the box. However, this happened to me once at HD with a drill I bought and turfed the box. The tool department manager wrote me a short note stating that the item was sold as a display model with no box. Sent it in with no problems. It's worth a shot.

                no upc

                Hi all,
I have been lurking for a while and learning a lot. I finally have something to offer.

I ditched by BT 3100 box before I remembered to send in the form for the $35 gift card. I sent it anyway (with out the UPC) and just recently recieved an e-mail saying that they were processing it.

                  Hopefully thats a good sign.

The postage deadline is around the end of the month so if any of you have that elusive UPC we still have a couple of weeks.

I couldn't throw my box away for a month. My 7 year old decided to make a fort or something out of it. Stayed on the patio until I decided it was time to go. It's amazing how a kid's imagination can turn a box into something totally cool!

                      Pool hound,

I do have the UPC, send me your snail mail address and I'll throw it in the mail to you. Either pm me or send it to my e-mail at mike_gratton@yahoo.com

By chance, is there someone else out there who might have their box w/ UPC but purchased theirs well before the GC rebate? I would be eternally grateful for the assist.
