Porter Cable Nailer combo at Amazon w/ $25 off?

[davidtu]

Has anyone had luck with the Porter Cable CFFN250T Finish Nailer, Brad Nailer, Narrow Crown Stapler and Compressor Combo Kit on sale at Amazon for $329 -- APPLYING BOTH the $30 future gift card w/ the $25 off over $200 promotion happening now?

I wrote to Amazon Customer Service but only got a vague answer. It could be a techincal glitch or it could be ineligible. Normally, you cannot combine offers, but in this case when they have the $25 off $200 what kind of discount is $30 off $330?! Only combined is this compelling, esp. since I can get the SAME kit at HD for $330 less $35 giftcard.

I think you would be good on this. They are going to take the $25 off at checkout. They will then send email promo certificate at a later date. The $30 promo cert rules say nothing about combining any offers.

Where you see the Used and New section in the listing, is that refurb unit from Toolking the full CFFN250T combo? $239.99 is good price and warrenty is the same as new. 90% of the time these are just customer returns. Might want to check it out.

$55 off the $329 is ok and you are saving tax.

BTW it is a great kit. I got mine at HD for right around $200 a year or two ago. Seems there was a thread recently where someone else got a similar deal. Do a quick forum search function for Porter Cable Nailer and see what you get.
