Do you think I can use this coupon more than once?
The reason I say this is that I received a coupon card in the mail. Then I received another one by email.

Today I used the one I printed out from the email.

I noticed when I used it, they looked up my name by phone number. Thus logging my purchase under my name. If I try to use it the second time it may show I've already used it?

I think the email version mentions being able to use both. I'd cut and paste the text from the email, but I deleted it. The text was to the effect of ". . . you may have received a card in the mail. That's okay, you can still use it. . . "
