    HD online discount code

Don't know if this has been posted or not, but using the code XF7 at checkout online gets a 10% discount at HD. This coupled with their current gift card promo makes for a nice discount!

Can you combine them? I thought the fine print on the gift card deal said it couldn't be combined with any other offer...?

Don't know, but it's worth a try. The gift card deal is a mail in form. It might work!

You can combine for sure... I spoke with the rebate depart about this.

I got the same offer. Unless they throw in free shipping... I don't see anything I would consider a deal... $90-140 to ship a table saw!

which reminds me... my appliances weigh much more... and I got free shipping on those!

I thought I might have a winner with the much talked about Bosh barrel grip jigsaw. It is not available in stores (and currently backordered on their webiste). After I ran the numbers... it isn't any better then you can do elsewhere:

            Model 1591EVSK $179.00
            -10% -$17.90
            Shipping $8.67
            SubTotal: $169.77
            PA Tax: $10.19
            Total: $179.96

Amazon: $179 (no tax, free shipping)
            InternationalTool: 175.99

Yep, but if you spend $199 you get a $35 gift card!

True... as long as it is a qualified tool. Of couse that is slightly offset by the additional tax and shipping. With Amazon, you can spend 199 on any tool or accessory for $25 off (no gift card to wait for), no tax and possibly free shipping depending on what you get.

All in all, it is pretty close... but I think Amazon is a slightly better deal when you factor in shipping and tax. For anything big, you are better off buying in the store rather than paying shipping on the 10% off coupon.
