I have an older model of this. It works well but I recently tried to contact them with a question about lubrication and the mail bounced. They may be out of business which will makes parts tough to find. Its made in Israel, can't think of anything else I ever had that was..Comment

I bought one of these last year at Lowes. It worked pretty well and at that price I might get another one for another location. I wouldn't worry to much about repair parts down the road. By the time you ordered an (overpriced) part and had it shipped to you it would probably cost close to the (sale) purchase price. There probably isn't much that you be would be able to repair anyway.
I used a compressor to purge any remaining water out of it before putting it away for the winter. Residual water left in the unit would likely freeze and crack the plastic gears or housing. Other than that, stop the winder if the hose gets hung up so that the gears don't get stripped and it should hold up pretty well.Comment
