EDIT: I put the stand together today and just as I was about to throw out the box I found a tag on the bottom with the sale price of $11.98!!! The scanned price (and the price that I paid) was $23.97. I'll have to go back and get a price adjustment.
As far as the quality of the thing it's not bad. It's rather thin sheet metal, but sturdy when all the bolts are tight. It will work fine for me and I think it is really worth it at $12.

I picked one of these up in-store at Sears this weekend (Newark, CA). There were three left.
I have a Craftsman cast iron benchtop router table and I had been pondering whether to build a set of legs for it. My decision has been made for me.
I haven't put mine together yet so I can't vouch for quality. For those of you that picked up the laminate tables on clearance, this should fit just fine and put your work at a more reasonable height.
