Yesterday there were four sturdy wooden table tops at Ikea (Emeryville, CA). They measured 70 7/8 " x 39 3/8" x about 2".
I bought two of them (see story below) so there are two left.
Price was marked at $80, down from the actual table price of $280. They sold them to me for $10 each.

They are ideal for workbench, table, or shelving projects, although there was a slight warp in some of them.
I almost feel bad posting this because it is such a local deal (I imagine all Ikea stores have different things in their "as-is" section at different times).
But maybe for people out of the area, this could be a reminder to check Ikea's "As Is" section when they need wood for shop or garage projects.
My story:
I only need them to make shelves for my Gorilla scaffold, so I was going to rip them nearly in half anyway. I also had my car yesterday and they would not fit inside unless they were cut. So here I was in the parking lot of Ikea sawing my apparently new furniture into pieces. People were walking by with inquisitive/horrified looks on their faces. Two different people asked me if I was cutting it up because it wouldn't fit in my car, and I had to say, "Well, yes, it's the only way to get it home."
I think I made a funny story for a lot of people yesterday. "Yesterday, at Ikea, there was this really stupid guy in the parking lot sawing his brand new furniture to bits..."
