Oh no, no, no,.....my wife is going to kill me now.

With the $159 dollar ad on the HF2HPDC and a $20% discount on that, I just got me a deal at $127.00. I hope she still loves me after tomorrow when I pick it up.

For a short time (through 3/15) the 20% single item coupon overlaps with the 10% off entire order coupon: http://ww2.harborfreightusa.com/show...taf?pageid=214

You can't use the two together on one item, but 10% off on anything else you buy isn't bad.

Anyone have any experience with this laser level? It is down from $79.99 to $39.99. I'm planning a shed and eventually a deck and it seems like that would help things considerably. I need to place 12 blocks for the shed, all level. I understand the advantages and disadvantages of those types of levels, mainly just interested in experience with this model from HF.

It looks like the 6" digital calipers are on sale again. Great deal with 20% off.

Not sure how much this moisture meter is worth, I already have a good one.

So did I. Thanks for the post. Dan, This purchase is about our health and not wanting our loved ones to get sick from dust. Especially you, if you provide for the family.

No matter what we say, we still get in trouble .

I will respond to my own post, in case others are interested in this. The device is a laser with a motor spun mirror. You manually level it with two bubble levels. I am very happy with it for the money. Since they had 50% off the protection plan, I went ahead and added that to it. I aligned the bubbles and set it spinning in a room. Then I took a level to each of the lines and they were dead on. You can slow down the motor to make a dot just slowly move, if you need to get the maximum brightness outside. I think this will be just the ticket for leveling the shed blocks and setting up the deck later.

I did get in trouble with this though. I had noticed that one switch was 1" lower than all others in a room for some time. With this running, it was easy to see the offset and now my GF sees it every time. (After hanging a mirror perfectly level, I mentioned that the wall looks out. It was by 1/16" per foot. After mentining that, I learned to keep those observations to myself.)
