Purchased a nice Ryobi Tool bag at HD for $19. They were originally $39 when they first came out and I sat on the fence for a while on it. Once I saw they were down to $19 I went ahead and bought it. It has been down at the price at our 2 local HD's for at least a couple weeks. Here is a picture / description:

Note that the picture is a little deceptive, as it looks simply like a standard canvas tool bag. However, it has a substantial plastic bottom and side panel frame, as well as a large aluminum carry handle across the top. It is quite solid / impressive once it is together. Additionally, it has a zippered cover that seals it all up, including a small pocket in the back that stows the cover when not in use (good design point).
The HD SKU is 726164, but for some reason it is still showing up as $39 online. I would call the store first to confirm the $19 price.
