Not sure if this is nation wide but the Lowes on the North side of Indy clearanced their stock of FT1700 fixed base routers this week. Reduced from $180 ish to $100.
I havent used one, but it seems like it could be an ideal table router. Finish seems to be an improvement over most of the freud power tools I've seen, used or owned!
