I'm a long time lurker, first time poster. Y'all have helped me significantly stock my shop with stuff I got mega cheap so I'd like to return the favor.
There was an earlier thread about a tool clearance at Lowes starting tomorrow. I was there tonight and got a sneak peek at the stuff being put out on the tables.
Tradesman 4"/6" belt/disk sander for $80, reg $129.
GMC biscuit joiner for $45
GMC bench grinder stand (forgot price but probably 50% off)
One of those B&D impact wrenches that folks were talking about, but only $10 off.
There were a bunch of returned/referb power tools that were not as cheap as I thought they should be (less than 50% off and they mostly looked like they were abused on a dirty job site).
Some hand tool sets (sockets, screwdrivers, etc) that were missing parts but they were crazy cheap, 1-5 bucks each.
Some other misc stuff that I can't remember.
I got a Stanley 24" aluminum framing square for $2, it originally rang up as $12. I picked up 2 other smaller, steel Stanley framing squares at the Johnson clearance so this rounds out my collection. I was considering the Tradesman sander but it was more than I wanted to spend and I'm really a metalworker so it runs too fast for steel and I'd probably tear it up hogging on some 1/2" plate.
Forgot to mention:
Tradesman bench top drill press. A pretty big one for a benchtop. Sorry but I don't remember the price.
