    Funny part is where at 2:50 he lists the 123 trademark brand names that HF has trademarked including Central Machinery, Chicago Electric, Pittsburgh, Icon, Hercules, Bauer etc.

    Apparently when they go to the bank for loans they use the trademarked name brands as assets or collateral. Like Sears sold Craftsman name in tools to Stanley/Black and Decker.

    Oh, I found this list in the HF website.
