Lowe's online ordering (rant)

    My wife asks me why I'm such a cynic/pessimist. I tell her because when something good happens I'll be pleasantly surprised and when something bad happens I won't be disappointed because that's what I expected.

    Well, I guess I shouldn't be too disappointed that Lowe's let me down again. So do you think the 3rd party (that handles online order delivery) that rescheduled my delivery for this Saturday between 9 and 11 actually let the store who's actually making the delivery know the day had changed? At least I've got free delivery now for my original delivery date. It's not going to stop me from calling someone at corporate--assuming I can find their number.

    My dad had even driven over here and had to pay toll both ways.

    I know never say never but I'm putting lowe's in an indefinite time out.
