When I have a dozen or so stacked up, I have a magazine gutting party. I'll go through each, cut out the projects or other articles I think I might want, put them in clear sheet protectors, and store them in three-ring binders. Every now and then I prune the binders of projects or articles that I no longer find interesting or useful.
