    For the cyclists

    I know we have a couple of cyclists (okay at least 1).

    Anatomy of a Sprint
    These guys put out over 2 hp when in a sprint.

    Ken Hanson is a friend of mine. He's one of the best sprinters in the USA and is the national criterion champion this year.

      I got tired just watching. I'm amazed how much they have left by the time they get to sprinting.
