Does this mean that orange juice is about to skyrocket in cost?

Hey Mike, this is what it looked like

this morning. We turned the overhead springlers on about 4:30ish AM hoping the ice will save the vegetables. We now call the garden "Ice Garden"! So much for global warming...
(was going to add picture, but it wouldn't let me. sorry about that)

Same here. At least this winter hasn't had our usual spell of below-zero days.

I hate being teased by weather. I want just one good snow this year and I'll be happy.

When we lived in Md. I used to love the snow. Had snow plows on the trucks and made a few bucks. Since moving to SC about 10 years ago, I think we have had 2 small snow falls. That is more than enough for me. But I still love to see it (on TV).

Looks like we're supposed to get some good snow tonight. Of course, I already scheduled for a day off tomorrow before I knew about the storm. They're predicting 9-12" for our area.

I spent some time in that area going to college. Some of the roads were almost impassable with snow and ice. I had a Corvair then, pretty good traction.

We got 9" over the weekend. Finally, enough snow to warm up the blower. I was getting tired of just enough snow to have to clear the driveway... with a shovel.

I think it was a quote by Erma Bombeck: "Cleaning up after children is like shoveling the driveway while it's snowing".
