About 3-4 months ago my wife and I were taking an afternoon walk and we saw one of these directly overhead. It was flying low and really weird-looking. It sounded different from an airplane. I commented to her that it sounded like a "lawn mower" engine and looked like it was flying backwards with the propeller on the rear. We have helicopters that fly in our area from time to time and this was flying at about the same altitude. After we saw some pictures, we knew exactly what this was. We walk every day and we have not seen one of these since.

A drone. Need one in our neighborhood to take out the drug dealers. Maybe droping a load of water on them would work. OOPs the Drone malfunctioned, sorry.

I used to charter fish in the Chesapeake Bay, in Southern Maryland.

They had these things buzzing the area back (based in Webster Field Annex) in the 90s.

Sure - they've changed a lot since then ---- but they've been around for awhile.
