    Does anybody else "tweet?"

My daughter, who's doing an internet marketing campaign for me on my novel, FALL EAGLE ONE (http://amzn.to/ITGoGk) signed me up on Twitter this week. I have been amazed by how many responses I've gotten--301 Following and 142 Followers (I'm not sure of the difference) in just three days. I guess the important thing is that knowledge on the existence of my book seems to be expanding exponentially. It's too early to see the effect on sales. Anyway, she tells me that I must "tweet" at least twice a day to keep up interest. Does anyone else out there "tweet?"

I do, both for myself and my blog. Personal, I do it to interact with quasi-celebs that I normally wouldn't have access to. For the blog, it's done automatically every time I post.

I do notice that spam is pretty horrific, and a lot of followers generally aren't real. But if you can reach enough real people with hashtags and cross-promotion, it can be a pretty good advertising tool. Being free helps too.
I have a little blog about my shop

I don't tweet but have been known to toot, acording to my Grandkids. I think I am too old and priviate to get involved with the Social Network. Those things can get you in a lot of trouble if you are not careful.
