The Judge has been out a while, but I had not seen that 45. cal before looks to be overkill. I like my 40.cals just fine, but thanks for the link

There is a version of the 410/45 revolver with a stock and long barrel. It looks cool!

The .45 looks like a neat design, but not very practical for use.

Yea, the last couple of years have seen a lot of novelty, if not innovation, in the gun industry. Have you seen the Mare's Leg, lever action and the revolver action rifle? (Yes, that's rhetorical) My guess is that the dual .45s was an exercise in engineering or snob appeal. Not necessarily in that order.

I guess the double barrel .45 is the equivalent of a double tap to COM with one trigger pull??

A single .45 has enough stopping power. But that double looks cool, it could become a collectors item.
