I had the honor and privilege of seeing them in 1994 while visiting our son and daughter in law who were stationed with the USAF at RAF Chicksands. We went Scotland and lucked into the Tattoo. Beautiful and moving. We also attended the 50 anniversary ceremonies a the US Cemetery at Cambridge. That trip changed both my sons and they walked through cemetery know that most of the men and women buried there were their ages 19-24 when the fought and died. We are planning on taking our Grandchildren and a similar trip in 2014. The British have the pomp and cicumstance down pat. I have seen Canadian and US Military put on similar shows and there are just as impressive.
