    Rumor Mill

One of the local liasons over at RF has indicated that Bosch will be coming out with a plunge base for the Colt router and hopefully will go retro to the one almost everyone else in the world already has. I hope this holds true as it would eliminate purchasing a new DeWalt or PC plunge router in a smaller hand held design that a lot of folks rave about. Personally I like the Colt and think this would be a nice addition to an already great little router. Just a rumor but Mike has been widely know over there and many consider his word Gold

That's good news to me. Wonder why that hasn't happened sooner.

That will be cool, especially if it can handle the older motors.

NICE! Hopefully it's not too much $$... For trim work, the Bosch Colt is amazing. I've done a LOT of carpentry work with it.

I'm glad that they're doing it, but it's a shame that they had to wait over a year after Dewalt offered a similar router with a plunge base. Loyal Bosch customers have been wanting a Colt with a plunge base for years, but Bosch didn't respond until after they gave up a ton of market share to Dewalt.
