    Glued meat.

Yes you read the title right it's meat that is glued together from
scraps and presented as cuts of Beef, Pork, Chicken or even turkey.
Ever wonder how those turkey hams are made? Well here's your answer.
    What a sticky situation.

Watch this video and be horrified.

I think this subject came up on the forum a year or two ago also. I hate the stuff and can tell when meat has been "glued" to appear as a solid piece. It doesn't taste like a "hamburger" but it does taste different from a solid chunk of meat. I first noticed this about 15 years ago when I bought a boneless turkey breast. I was expecting a real turkey flavor, but instead, it had a "processed" taste to it. Some others couldn't tell any difference but I certainly could. Over the years, I will occasionally taste that "flavor" and quickly note that it is "processed" or glued meat.

Last year, I bought some cheaper Walmart Filet-mignon packs and they had the same taste. Most of the family couldn't tell the difference.

    Don't like it personally.
