    Japanese help needed

I was given some remarkable soy sauce. The container is printed in Japanese. I would like to have more, but I don't know what it is called.

    TIA

Thanks for those links. When I first saw the "Ka Ki" shoyu, I thought of Persimmon!

"Kaki", in hiragana can be either persimmon or oyster! And there are a few citrus flavored shoyu's available in Japan, and I (and my youngest grown daughter also) really like the Yuzu flavored ones. But I never tried the "kaki" ones knowingly. I did eat a lot of things that I didn't ask the name of, but just ate!
