I almost posted this in the Bargain Alerts, but changed my mind. LOML and I recently purchased a Nook Color, which is an awesome e-reader out of the box. I rooted it (thanks to Nookdevs.com) and now it's a full Android 2.2 tablet.
Best Buy had a free $25 gift card with purchase ($250) so we snatched it up. I have been watching movies (.mp4) and Youtube all week and I love it. I have full access to the Droid market, and got all 3 Angry Birds for free
.
I am not saying it's an iPad, but it costs a lot less.
