Locating (free) on line video on stock prep. using a planer and hand plane use. My son-in-law is wanting to do a bit more quality woodworking. He has in the last few years done some very nice pieces using rough lumber (think skids). Someone has given him some good wood and he would like to build something nicer. He is looking at buying a used DeWalt planer but a jointer is not in the budget. So flattening a board and edge jointing are the main topics he needs.
