    Good Bye Cleopatra

Elizabeth made it to 79. I'll always remember her as one of the great actresses, from National Velvet to Cleopatra to Virginia Woolf.

One of the most memorable faces from Hollywood, and she could act too!

She lived a great life, and then some...

Another of the few remaining great entertainers of our time now gone.

The AP article took 8 pages to post on my home page, a testimate to the inablilty to have her life reduced to a few lines. (The list of her marraiges took almost a full page!) Although most of the article was about the serious side of a great woman and actress, detailing her accomplishments and passions, there were lighter comments from Taylor hersef as well as Debbie Reynolds and Whoppie Goldberg.

Without a doubt, a star that will never be replaced.
