Go to Distrowatch, pick your own bootable Linux distro, and place it in your computer. Hopefully you are using a wired network connection, but this would allow you to have your, ahem, adult browsing session (Cameron, or the DR's new assistant), leave no trace on your computer, and NOT get infected. (Windows stuff).

You can do a google search safely, you just have to know what to do.
