    I Feel Free

I have spent the past couple weeks dilligently unsubscribing from every e-mail list that I get a bunch of stuff from that I (or more likely, LOML) signed up for over the years. I even took myself off Rockler and Woodcraft. I never read them, I end up just deleting them.

Yes, I do know the dangers of phishing and what are legitimate unsubscribe links and what aren't. If I didn't, I would still be overrun.

I am proud to say we (we actullay share our main e-mail address) have had the same Yahoo e-mail address for as long as they have been available (maybe 13-14 years?). Now, when I open our mail, we only really get the stuff we want, and it is SOOOO nice. Snail junk mail should be this easy.

Yahoo has always been very good at filtering spam, and we hardly get any of that.

Now, if I can get LOML to close her Facebook account or turn off the e-mail notifications, I would be even happier.

Woodcraft I can see canceling, they never have coupons. But Rockler keeps sending me coupons, so I see value in getting them.

But you're probably right, I should unsubscribe from a few others that I currently get.

      Three personnel e-mails

      1. Spam bot (yahoo)
      2. Subscriptions (hotmail)
      3. Correspondence/Bills (gmail)

Now if I could only convince my Mailman to sort my mail so effectively.
