      That's what I thought you'd say.

My corporate counsel is Godfrey & Kahn here in Milwaukee.

If you like, I'll provide a contact there (attorney). If you can provide evidence to that attorney that you were once an attorney, and are now a PhD EE (that teaches), I will donate $500 to bt3central, or any non-profit cause of your choosing.

How does that sound? Perfectly safe, plus you get to support a good cause.

My gut tells me you're a shop sparky (electrician).

For the record, I have exchanged PMs with cgallery and he is unwilling to follow through with his offer under the original offer and terms. He wants me to identify myself to him, which I am unwilling to do, due to security concerns.

It appears at this point he was caught off guard by my willingness to allow my credentials to be verified, and never intended to follow through on his offer.

I had hoped something positive would come from this, in the form of financial support for BT3 and a charity, but sadly it appears that will not be happening. I guess the only positive outcome is that no one here will have any basis or reason to question my credentials.

Maybe now we can get back to enjoyable woodworking discussion and leave the needless jealousy behind.

Your credentials if they are real shouldn't cause a concern to post them or list them in such a way that they are verifiable by public record. an .edu email address is such a method.

Your tendency to pick what anyone says apart is what started this anyway not woodworking.

Now i would suggest dropping this.

I am amazed that the plug hasn't been pulled on this thread. The original thread has long since disappeared into some "I know you are, but what am I?" peeing contest.

The question still exists. Nothing has been proven true, unless I missed something.

I see you could not find any research results to support that conclusion, either.
After reading this thread I would agree that any women is equal in strength to you, but that doesn't speak for all men. I think you are really out of line with your rants and I do wish the mods will shut this down.

I think locking is a last resort. I think this thread is already trying to die naturally...

Folks I'm really growing weary of these pissing contests. Ya'll need to move on! You all also need to be more mindful in the future to not engage one another in the personal stuff. I am saddened by several of the currently active threads. I think we have lost touch with the spirit that began this great forum.

Folks although I can not say I was here at the beginning I was here when BT3Central started. Our host, Sam Conder is a very kind, accepting, and tolerant person. He does not believe in heavy handed moderation so we possibly err by being to free. In that spirit I am not closing this thread, nor am I going to delete it; I will let it fall off naturally and serve as notice that in the future this line of posting will not be tolerated in the least.

Once again let this serve as a reminder that Sam has established that the target audience and rating of this Forum is G, general audience or said differently family friendly. We all should act as if we were a guest at Sam's house while his mother is visiting! If you can not play by those rules please go elsewhere!

This thread is open however any further posts will result in a two week suspension or ban! Either follow the rules including the spirit of the rules or find a different forum.
