    Very interesting, I don't think I'll throw out all my other tools just yet though.. I'll wait for the SawStop version

        Nifty little set up. Might be worthwhile to someone for tools on the go. I wouldn't want to try ripping 12/4 Red Oak 14" wide, 12' long.

          That would take probably about 5 battery charges & with that 5 1/2" blade, you would have to flip it over & cut from the other side to finish. & those recharges would not be short, it only uses NiCD & NiMH batteries.

            You might get lucky and do the cut in less than 2 days.

              It is nifty. Very clever design. Someone clearly spent a lot of time designing that set-up. Unfortunately, the people that would actually use all of those tools - need something more powerful.

              If DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita, etc. came out with something like that it would probably be somewhat successful, but I don't see too many people buying a product like that from a no-name manufacturer and no battery compatibilty with other tools.
