You wouldn't expect them to go after the people with the big bucks would you? You know like the bankers with their bonuses.

The guy paid it. He owns a carwash here in town. IRS will go after the little guy but will le3t the millionairs slide and settle for cents on the dollar. The guy here in town owed them $241 + the .04 so he wrote three checks to cover the whole mess.
