    Shopvac "Gold Service" strikes again

They sent me a replacement caster for one that broke accidentally, without cost or shipping.
I complimented the customer service clerk on their topnotch service and gave her a shoutout from the woodwork family on the forum.
She was very appreciative, commenting that "it is good to hear that once in a while.
I told her she earned it.

Just going to reiterate that I've also had very excellent service from Shop Vac. Always above and beyond.

Great to hear. I have a few shop vacs, and when I buy my next vac it will be a shop vac!
Every tool you own is broken, you just don't know it yet :-)

I would buy shopvacs just for their service! My motor died a few months over the 5 year warranty. I contacted them to see if there was a hidden fuse or something easy to check, and they sent me a replacement motor.

Always good to hear good news about a maufacter. I have a 7 year old Shop Vac and the only thing I have had to do is clean out the switch about every 1-2 years. I'll definatly replace it with another Shop Vac.
I thought I was wrong, but I was mistaken.
