This year the girl scouts are letting their members put up on their FaceBook, MySpace, and what ever other internet sites that they are members of. Well I thought about all you guys because who doesn't like a good cookie after some rewarding work in the shop. If you would like to support the girl scouts either in your area or by internet then let me know by a PM and I will give you more information about that kind of thing. If you would also like to order some cookies let me know.
My girl scout troop is also trying to raise extra cookie boxes for a Gift of Caring Project. Which is when we are selling either at a store or door to door we are trying to raise 100 boxes for our local fire departments so they too can have some snacks after work or while they are watching a movie or something. The extra boxes will be split up and given to the two fire houses here in our town. Each year we pick a different place to donate cookies too. Last year I think we did the food bank and we also have the troop to troop, which is our troop to the Soldiers serving our country.
