Personal Disagreements
Over the last several months the moderators have done more moderating than they have in the last several years. If you have a personal disagreement with another member, take it off-line. Use PMs, email, whatever. Just don't use a public space to handle it. Would you stand on a street corner shouting insults at a neighbor? No? Well don't do it here either. Use the ignore feature if you want, that is what it is there for.
Fair warning: We don't like locking threads, deleting posts or moderating users. However, we are going to start doing more of that if the current trend continues. I forgot to mention that if a post or thread of yours goes missing, this thread is most likely why. If you think it might be inappropriate, either don't post it or ask us before you do.
