Off the top of my head I'd guess - Harvard. One of my car buddies is a lawyer, a University of Miami graduate. Anyone here graduate law school, and if so, which one?

My wife was planning to go to law school (and then the kids came along, so there went those plans!) -- she was looking at Yale, Chicago, and Duke, in that order. Harvard seemed too big for her -- too many students.

I'm not sure I understand this. What do you mean? I would hate to violate the website's policies but I REALLY don't understand what in the world you're talking about.
Sorry, Alex Franke, I didn't see your post until after I had posted mine.

Reason: Addition
When I was in dental school, the old joke was, "What do you call the person who graduates last in his class?" The answer is, "Doctor." I think that something similar here could apply. Does it really matter the law school from which you graduate unless you are applying to a very large and prestigious firm?
It means that if your post to this topic does not directly answer the question the OP asked then it is off topic and may disappear without warning. If you do not understand the other part of the warning or the reason behind it do not worry.

I have a couple of friends who are in charge of hiring (and in some cases throwing lavish parties for candidates) for law firms. One in particular is a large firm, and another is a "boutique" firm. They both have made comments about lists of law schools that they keep -- something to the effect of "If you're not on the 'A' list, then we won't even look at you" or "If you're on the 'B' list, then you also need to have X, Y, Z..." -- stuff like that.
So based on that I would think it does make some difference, even for smaller firms.

If one's goal is to teach law, the school attended often makes a difference.
Isn't that what the LLM is all about?

If one's goal is to teach law, the school attended often makes a difference. Faculty at law schools generally are graduates from one of a handful of law schools, even though a J.D. from any law school is considered an earned doctorate.
Doesn't hurt to attend one of those schools, which are considered "top notch" in their own right, and keeps the teaching option open.
In light of "Black wallnut's" advice about staying on topic, the main question in this thread is fairly simple - "Anyone here graduate law school, and if so, which one?" Not one about teaching law.
