I tried "scratch yourself", "chase a squirrel", "fart", "chew a pillow", and "pee on the carpet"... All things that my dog does effortlessly... This stupid mutt couldn't do any of them...

I tried 'Jump on the couch" "stand on your head" and "drag your butt on the floor". My dog can do all of these things, she couldn't do any of them.

You may want to check your dog for worms. "Dragging butt on the floor" I believe is a symptom.
