    The Akinator

Think of a character, answer the questions and he will guess it. He got two out of two for me.

No on the first guess, but yes after more questions were asked.

      Yes, on the 2nd one.

      Not bad.

2/2, but the second one he did guess wrong the first time.

I went with Ferb Fletcher and Marvin the Martian.

          That's pretty good!

The first time: my character was George Clooney, and after I told the genie the character was an actor, the next 2 questions were, "Did he work with Brad Pitt?" and "Was he is in Ocean's 13"?

          Funny!

2nd round: my character was Genghis Khan. The genie first guessed Tamerlane, a descendant of Genghis Khan. Not too bad, but he got it right the 2nd time.

3rd round: Larry the Cable Guy. The genie guessed Patton Oswalt first, then got Larry the 2nd time.

          Not too shabby...

Beat him! I thought of Guy Gibson's dog who was made famous in the movie, " The Dam Busters".

It failed on Howard Roark. That character was in the list at the end though.

He picked Teddie Roosevelt and Huckleberry Hound the first time.

For Brian Eno, he first went with Peter Gabriel, then Bryan Ferry, before getting Eno. Interesting.

Got Eric Clapton the first time.

Got Tiny Tim the first time!?!

Got Curly Howard the first time.

Got Jabba the Hutt the first time.

Missed on Lydia Lunch. First pick was Joan Jett, not too bad though...

                        This algorithm is pretty remarkable...

It guessed Kimba the White Lion -- even showed me a picture, so I'm convinced that it knows everything.

I only tried one reference I have, it took two guesses to get it, but it did; K9 (Dr. Who robotic dog)

I have one other one I am going to throw at it, I doubt it will get. But it is from a out of print, non politically correct, children's book I grew up with.

Defeated with the second one, and low and behold, the book is NOT out of print. I grew up with my grandmothers (and siblings) copy.
