I picked up a case of Rickards White tonight. I am really enjoying too much of this.

I'm not sure what the 'Belgian tradition" is, but I used to drink a Belgian beer named Duvel? that had twice the alcoholic content of American beers.
It was very easy to like it, especially after the first two went down! You don't need a parachute to skydive, you only need a parachute to skydive twice.Comment

There are a lot of German "weiss" beers around, too, so I don't know about the Belgian connection. I like wheat beers. You can always tell them by their cloudy appearance. You've got me curious, Richard. This stuff appears to be brewed by Molson-Coors (Coors? yech) (had to lie and say I was from Ontario to get onto the Rickard's web site). Do you know if it's available in the states?Comment

Not sure if you have already done so or not but try it with a slice of orange. It really brings out the flavour.
As far as I know Rickard's is not available in States (in fact it may not even be available in other provinces depending on union agreement). But since Molson and Coors are the same, you may find a similar beer under one of the Coors brand. If not, then one of us has to bring it down to you
I have tried the White, but personally - specially at home - I prefer a darker beer like Rickard's Red.Turaj (in Toronto)
