    Good morning, ladies and gentlemen

Yeah, I'm still around (kind of). Just checking on my last post, it was on Nov. 20!! Not sure how active I'll be for a while.

Things have changed quite a lot in my life. One of our daughters has had problems with her hip and leg for about 6 months, but didn't let anyone know about it until it got really bad. She has a 9 month old girl, and a 3 1/2 year old girl at home. It has become extremely painful for her to walk, so she is not easily able to take care of the kids. Since the rest of the family works, except my wife and I, I have been taking care of the kids 4 or 5 times per week, usually for 8 - 10 hours per day. At my age, I am completely exhausted when they go home, and I am not interested in doing anything at all for the rest of the day.

Doctors have not been able to give a diagnosis so far, even though she has undergone several tests. Hopefully, they'll be able to pinpoint the problem soon, and get things fixed.

I feel you, Ed... I've got my autistic/delayed grandson 60 hours/week so my ex can work. Wears me out, but love conquers all.

You're a good man Ed. I wish you the best and hope that you don't make yourself a stanger on here. Your insight and advice is always wanted; even if you are only an armchair woodworker for a little while.

Thanks for the good wishes and the prayers. She had two more MRIs done today. We're hoping they find the problem when they get the results. If not, she'll probably be headed to Mayo Clinic.
