    A neat shop trick

Here is something we can do to impress our friends, too late for the Christmas guests but should have them shaking their heads come New Years Eve.

    YouTube link

And it's complete with Pete Seeger singing a great Tom Paxton song.

And not a snowman in sight....

Hey, how did the clouds turn blue? Must be some pollution thing, and that big yellow thing up there can't be good for you either...

Oh my, there really are blue clouds!

Neat trick. I can see doing that with a nice brass rod too - something that looks nicer that you can display.

Roy Underhill did that nail trick on one of his shows that was aired recently.

Likewise, that is totally cool. I love wood puzzles of all sorts!

Cool! My mind is still racing trying to figure out what I can make with that trick! There's just gotta be some great practical application.

I really liked the cube in a box that was a related video on that link. I love having stuff like that sitting around for parties and gatherings. They would make neat gifts, too.

Yeah, I've made several cubes in a circle in a square for friends, etc. Now I must make one of these nail in a what ever you call that thingy. Lots of fun and mind teasers!
